GTM Systems Builder | Founders' Right Hand

I started my career in support at Motive. Answering tickets, solving customer problems one at a time, learning how a product actually breaks in the real world. That job taught me something most people skip past: you can't grow a company by guessing what customers need. You have to sit close enough to hear it directly. Then I moved into Growth & Ops at JaldiTech, and the guessing got a lot more expensive. Suddenly I wasn't just talking to customers, I was responsible for the pipeline, the reporting, the numbers leadership looks at every week. And the reporting was a mess. Every week, someone pulling numbers manually from different places, formatting them into a sheet, hoping nothing got missed or double counted. It worked, but it didn't scale, and it ate hours that should have gone into actual selling. So I fixed it myself. Built out automation with n8n, pulled and cleaned data with Apify, structured it all in BigQuery. What used to take hours of manual work started running on its own. Clean, consistent, on time, every week. That's when it clicked. I wasn't just "doing ops." I was building the systems that let a growth team actually operate at scale, and that skill set has a name: GTM engineering. From there I went deeper into the stack. Clay for finding and enriching the right people. Instantly for email outreach that doesn't land in spam. Heyreach for LinkedIn outreach that doesn't get flagged. Not tools I read about, tools I've actually run campaigns through. Along the way I've also given 150+ demos myself, so I'm not building systems in a vacuum. I understand what a sales rep needs mid conversation. I understand what marketing needs to see to know a campaign is working. I've sat at that table, not just watched it from a dashboard. That combination is rare. Most people are either the ops person who can build the pipeline, or the seller who understands the conversation. I can do both, and connect them, so growth doesn't fall apart the moment it needs to scale past one person doing everything manually. That's what I'm looking to bring to a GTM team next.
