Additionally, I have spent a year as a customer service associate/credit card collector at a Business Process Outsourcing company, where I have honed my communication skills, both in person and over the phone. I have also delved into the freelance industry and worked as a cold caller. Through my hard work and exceptional performance, I have led a team of cold callers and maintained high levels of productivity, which led to me being entrusted with field inspections and quality control tasks by the client.
