I have acquired hands-on practical experience using Process safety technical tools such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL and LOP With 14 years extensive experience on process design, I have knowledge of sizing of relief valve, vent, line and exchanger, exchanger design validation, package design, FEED package for bid estimates completion and ability to review bid and design packages, Process Design Basis, Functional Description, and other system design documentation I have a wider knowledge of natural gas processing equipment, Steam plant design, gas plant operation, professional process simulation tools user of Aspen HYSYS, Prosim 11 and the use of HTRI Exchanger Suite
