Shipped, measured, monitored. 3. AWS serverless backends and DevOps Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, defined in CloudFormation or Terraform. Built for cost as well as load; I do architecture and bill audits as standalone engagements. 4. DevOps and delivery, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, separate dev, staging and production pipelines, monitoring in Sentry and CloudWatch. WHAT I FIX: 1. AI-built apps that aren't shippable: broken auth, no error handling, secrets in the client, no tests, no CI/CD, schemas that won't survive month two. You get a written verdict keep, fix, or replace before you spend on the fix. 2. LLM features that work in a demo and fail in production: hallucination, no evaluation, runaway API cost, retrieval that returns the wrong chunk. PROOF: 1. AI phonics assessment platform, live for a UK education provider Next.js and TypeScript with Claude API scoring behind structured prompt pipelines, where a wrong answer means a child gets the wrong assessment. Supabase auth with row-level security. 2. Multi-role education platform React and Next.js on the front, NestJS and PostgreSQL on AWS behind it, role-based access control, Cypress coverage on every critical journey. 3. Serverless procurement marketplace React front end over Lambda, AppSync and DynamoDB, defined end to end in CloudFormation, monitored in CloudWatch. HOW I WORK: Written plan before code.
