Grants Management - Here to help assess your grants journey
For a much more modest investment than you’d make to search for, interview, hire, and train a new FTE, you can hire a fractional consultant on a 6–12-month retainer contract. The consultant is also an investment, and would expect to onboard, become well versed and collaborative with the key personnel who’ll assist in grant applications and take on the work when grants are won. dba As Remarkable Grants Management, I can provide a range of strategic grants management services from readiness to final reporting. I find the best place to start is with a “Discovery Call” where we identify some pain points and I describe the services available in a retainer contract. We agree to a “Grant Readiness Assessment”. A Grant Readiness Assessment would involve approximately 4 hours of work measure your organization against a basic grant readiness checklist, the process would identify the 3 or 4 most significant pain points and make some recommendations. The assessment is valued at $297.00 The recommendations process would include sample retainer contract rates and terms. The retainer can vary based on Grant Readiness Assessment findings and on the number, complexity and value of the grants you’d like to have completed monthly. Ideally a retainer is a 6-to-12-month term based on services proposed and accepted. Let’s get this started, you can seize one of my 3 remaining openings for new clients to start 2025.
