I am a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for creative design. I have 10 years of experience as a designer/engineer and currently work full time running my business Corvus Engineering managing a team of engineers and designers. I actively participate in every project we take on as my true passion is in design. I have a background in art and sculpture and try to apply artistic principles into my designs. As a Designer I excel in most aspects of design and am highly proficient in 3d modeling and CAD design. I particularly enjoy 3d design that involves: Advanced Surfacing, Fiberglass and Injection Molded Plastic Design, Sheetmetal and Weldment Design. As an engineer I have expertise in: Strength Analysis for both Machined Parts and Weldments, Finite Element Analysis, Bearing and Shaft Analysis, and Electro-Mechanical Interfacing. Engineering Tools that I am experienced in include: SolidWorks, Onshape, Seimens NX, Fusion 360, PowerSurfacing, ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, Matlab/Scilab, and Mathcad I make it high priority to have regular communication with my clients. I try to be realistic with my timelines and in bidding projects. When I commit to a project I make sure it is completed on time. I will not finish an assignment until the client is 100% satisfied. I take great pride in my work and hold myself to the highest standard of quality.
