Hi, I am a Software Engineer with a B.Sc in Computer Engineering. I have 9-years of experience in technical support and operations, 4-years of experience in software development, 2-years in Mobile development, and 6-years of experience in O.S and Network Administration. I have experience in: • Windows Operating Systems (Windows Server 2003 - 2016 – Windows XP - Windows 7 - Windows 10) • Gnu/Linux Operating Systems (Fedora – CentOS – Ubuntu - Debian) • Programming languages: Javascript, Java, Python "Django", Dart, C#, C/C++, HTML, and CSS. • Mobile Programming: Flutter, Android native. • Strong knowledge of Databases (MySQL, SQL, MongoDB, SQLite, Postgre). • Experienced with GitHub, SVN. • Experienced with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. • Experienced with Docker. • Design tools: Figma, Adobe xd, Zeplin • Experienced with Project Management tools like JIRA, Monday, Churn zero, Click up, Whmcs, Zoho, Zendesk, Intercom, and Azure VSTS, - My most recent project is a "Project management tool" similar to Jira or Clickup, and integrating it with real-time systems like WiFi, firefighting systems that has been installed already, etc... - Front-end developer: Worked for a company that has its own CMS, so I was helping clients customize their themes or creating custom ones in WordPress, Joomla, and custom CMS. I have worked for 9 years in the technical support field: - Worked for 6 years as T2 Support Engineer for Microsoft Outlook mobile app. My main responsibilities were assessing new features, helping enterprise clients, debugging the app and filling bugs or FR tickets, training new colleagues, and supervising the T1 engineers. - Worked for 4 years as Network Engineer for UptimeRobot monitoring service. I was responsible for debugging networking issues from various endpoints across the world, coding scripts for networking protocols, and filing bugs in Jira. - Operational manager and Enterprise accounts manager for a US company "Emgage" in which I was interacting with enterprise clients to discuss what features they looking for and what is the best for their use-case and deciding the ETA of each feature after discussing it with the dev team. - Implementation specialist for a US company Regroup, it is a mass notification provider that supports many systems and platforms, so I was integrating clients with Regroup platform which includes many technologies like AD, LDAP, Azure SCIM, SSO, SFTP, CAP, API, RSS, other systems like Workday, SalesForce, etc... - Django and Vue developer for traffic monitoring and Data science for German Company called DNAS. - Worked for 6 years as a system engineer in multiple hosting companies in which I was responsible for configuring and installing shared and dedicated web hosting servers with performance tuning, security auditing, SSL management.
