My career in Convergys Philippines lasted for almost 12 years. The last position I held was Operations Manager for Back office customer service for a top North American Satellite TV provider. I started as an agent and move up through dedication and hard-work in mastering the craft. We handled customer service calls, mostly billing and general inquiry. I also handled email support for the same account. The last department I was in was doing Back office customer service. We were acting in synergy with the office of the President of the said company. I have above average skill in speaking and writing in English. I'm also skilled in Microsoft Excel, reporting and analyzing numbers, trending and predictions. Currently I'm working as a Contact Center Services trainer under a government-run institution. Our goal is to prepare job-ready workers to enter a Call center work.
