I am 28 years old, romanian native. I've been studying in Scotland and got a degree in Media studies and a postgraduate degree in Data Science at University of Aberdeen. I have a good level on italian language, as I have been studying it in highschool. I have experience in customer service (ticket support/chat support/phone support/email support) and I'm a person focused on details and good work, thanks to my previous job position as data entry specialist. As a self-achievement, I've been part of a volunteer program and helped a charity organisation with content creation on social media platforms, video editing and advertising. I can easily adapt to any situation, I am able to perform any task with great attention to details and I am willing to learn new things. I am available to work full time, included weekend shifts.
