I am currently a professional telemarketer. I have worked in call centers for over 7 years and currently am freelancing from home. I specialize in several aspects of Telemarketing and Telesales. Example: Product Sales, Appointment Setting, Live Transfers, Lead Generation, Customer Service, and Virtual Assistant. I am also looking for work in Translation. I have experience in Translating documents (English to Spanish & Spanish to English). I have translated many documents that relate to magazine articles, instructional guides, medical publications, & advertisements. I am %100 fluent in both languages. I lived in the U.S for over 25 years and have been living in Colombia for the past 7 years. Asides from speaking very well, I also have excellent grammar skills for writing and can read very well in both languages. I think it´s very important to be patient and diligent in order to accurately translate a document. I am also a tutor for teaching English. When I arrived in Colombia, I worked for an English teaching institute. I taught for a year and then gave private lessons. I have good success in teaching because asides from mastering both languages I am very conversational and the students can easily relate to me. I also understand the methodology to properly teach the subjects so the students can effectively learn the English language.
