I started out as a Business Analyst and slowly grew to Project Manager and Product Owner. I have 10 years of experience in these roles. I love being part of the negotiation that happens between business needs, stakeholders, and development. I am excellent at communicating the best solution to allow the company or the product growth. I have experience in creating software based on the business needs, creating the road map, translating the business needs into use cases, and communicating the progress to all stakeholders. I have also implemented new software, provided user training, and helped with the software upgrades done after the initial implementation. I have been in charge of end user testing, analyzing system impacts to enhancements. I can write project documents such as project plans, business requirements, use and user cases, test scripts, and upgrade communications to name a few.
