Fleet & Dispatch Manager

I’m a Mechanical Engineer and Logistics & Fleet Operations professional with 8+ years of experience across fleet management, transportation, dispatching, technical support, and operations. Currently, I work with Argo Transit in Ontario, Canada supporting day-to-day transit and fleet operations, including dispatch coordination, vehicle readiness, maintenance and repair follow-up, inspections, scheduling, driver coordination, and operational issue resolution. I also worked with MM Solutions for 3 years, providing operational support for Amazon DSPs and logistics companies across the USA, where I manage multiple accounts focused on Amazon trucking, dispatching, driver coordination, and daily operations. Previously, I spent around 3 years as an Area Fleet Manager for one of Africa’s largest distribution companies, after 4 years in warranty and technical support with major brands including Caterpillar, Volvo Buses & Trucks, Perkins, SEM, and Mitsubishi Fuso. I’m also a Logo & Graphic Designer with 10+ years of freelance experience and have worked with businesses and clients worldwide. My engineering background gives me a strong combination of technical knowledge, operational thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. I focus on getting things done efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of ownership.
