Hi! I'm a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Expert who has been working in Customer Service since 2016, specifically in the eCommerce area. In my Customer Service career, I have provided assistance through different communication methods, such as through the phone with VoIPs such as Zoiper and Bria, through chats and tickets via Livechatinc, Re:amaze, Gorgias, and Freshdesk, and through emails with Re:amaze, Zendesk, Intercom, Gmail and Outlook. My Customer Service expertise consists mostly of providing support to eCommerce websites, assisting customers with a wide variety of inquiries, setting up FAQs, tracking orders, and making sure the customer has an enjoyable, quick, and smooth experience. My ability, attention to detail, and my thrive to always go further and beyond to make sure the best possible service is offered to customers, has allowed me to achieve Customer Service/Support Manager status in different occasions, also giving me experience on managing and training other agents in my department. In the eCommerce area, I'm mostly experienced with software such as NetSuite, Acumatica, Shopify and ShipStation for order management and fulfillment. I have also previously worked with Woocommerce/Wordpress so I'm familiarized with those as well. I describe myself as a hard worker, a fast learner, and a very meticulous person.
