I worked in three different Call Centers as Customer Service and Sales Representative. I was part of the Pay-off Team at First American Title Company handling ESCROW Mortgage accounts for one year and six months. I used to work with HSBC and Capital One as digital banking representative and credit card account manager for eight years. I used to be part of High Sales Team who sells products and services of the bank, retain customers and deal with escalated concerns with difficult customers over the phone. Currently, I am an English as Secondary Language (ESL) Teacher at 51talk Philippines. I have been teaching Chinese students in different levels and ages for almost one year now. As a management degree holder with eleven years of related working experiences, I believe that I am flexible, I have cultural awareness and the ability to multitask and dwell with all aspects of business, while increasing overall productivity with effective and efficient work. I am self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision. I am open to discussion about the price and up for challenges. I am eager to help and I look forward to work with you.
