Sr. Learning Experience Designer Specialist

I have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, major in Instructional Systems Technology. I started to work as a Multimedia Specialist, where I was able to modify existing e-learning and web projects and localized it into different languages. I was introduce to the different software used for this line of work. Later on, I was given an opportunity to practice and gain experience of storyboarding when I was an Instructional Designer for Transition E-learning. I am able to meet with clients and propose e-learning projects based on their needs and expectations. With this, I am able to oversee the whole development process/flow from planning, e-learning development and testing. On my present work now, I can say that I have been flexible enough to juggle work on instructional design tasks, e-learning development and LMS administration. Also, I was given a chance to attend an online training from the prestigious Learning & Development organization, Association for Talent Development (ATD) and be certified for Mobile Learning. Currently, I'm a Certified Learning And Development Professional (CLDP).
