I can provide a current vesting deed and all prior deeds leading back to a developer. Also included in the search package are copies of any open mortgages and assignments against any owners who have had ownership of the property in the past years, any judgments, lease, probate and liens against those same owners, and also tax assessments and current tax information including delinquencies. Additionally, I have an excellent research skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of legal terminology and real estate transactions. Commitment/Title Report • Typing required information from the attached search package using guideline/rules per client request. Pacer Search • Locating BKY’s against owners.
