My name Kristine Hosmillo, 31 years of age. I am a Registered Physical Therapist here in the Philippines and is currently working as a freelancer here in Upwork. I am experienced when it comes to administrative jobs. I am knowledgeable when it comes to MS Office, and Google Apps. I have received various training in creating reports, census, statistics, managing data, connecting to different people through email and advertisements through social media. As a freelancer here in UpWork, I focused on using my administrative skills. Here are the tasks I have covered so far as a Virtual Assistant. 1. Time-sheets - I keep the record of employees' time in and time out updated. Making sure it is accurate and detailed. 2. Zoho - It is a CRM tool that is being used to keep data and have the information of leads recorded. I generate reports through Zoho to see particular progress for each lead and continuously manage them and gather prospective clients. 3. Data Entry - I transcribe information from PDF to Excel files. 4. Microsoft Excel - I can use formulas in Excel to maximize its use and make sure that data are being entered accurately so there will be no problem once they are uploaded in CRM tools. 5. QuickBooks - An accounting software to keep records of credits and debits, reconcile credit cards, and have a complete record of all company's transactions. 6. Research - Use different websites and collate data and information that the client needs. 7. Medical Transcription - Entered medical records accurately into a database from handwritten notes of a doctor. 8. Image to text transcription - creates excel files for CRM usages, types accurately from images to excel. Above are just some of the tasks that I have been handling so far. I am looking for a part-time or another full-time client that is looking for someone who can assist them with office or administrative tasks. I am looking forward to hearing from you!
