I’ve helped clients build ambitious AI Product Companies, helping them go from 0-to-1 and beyond (some of them have taken exit). Built production-grade AI in.. * Highly regulated sectors like Healthcare and Legal. * Assortment of Business models : Manufacturing, Professional Services, Tech, Marketplaces. * Diverse focus : Vertical AI, Horizontal AI, and AI Infrastructure Currently I’m authoring a book titled “AI Startup Playbook” (due for launch in Q1 2026), where I help founders or visionaries with: * What (not) to automate with AI taking into account the RoI, Feasibility risk and Market risk * How to ensemble a team of engineers, designers, trainers who can be trusted to build your AI * How to budget for AI development, especially when training AI (until its accuracy reaches production-ready) is non-deterministic * How to sprint to ship some AI in prototype, later in production, and gradually scale across users. It often starts with a seed, which could either be 1. Your process or service you have been doing profitably over a few years but manually, and you trying to explore “how can AI help automate” 2. Certain objectives that the departments in their company are to achieve, and you exploring “how AI can help us augment the department (with right information or automation)” I’ve bias for building.. * Explainable and Debug-able AI (versus black box AI) * Privacy first AI (versus “everything going outside your firewall to train LLM models) * Design-guided AI (versus throwing more Engineering to solve problems that could have got solved by better design at the first place)
