I have worked for over 15 years in the research departments of leading global real estate investment managers and consultants in the United States and the UK (CBRE Global Investors, AXA Real Estate and CBRE Econometric Advisors) and published many articles in academic and professional journals in the field of real estate. I am also the editor of the textbook "Market Analysis for Real Estate", which has been published globally by Routledge in August 2020. This textbook has been used as the main textbook for a real estate course at Harvard University. Furthermore, I wrote and published the book Real Estate Investing for "Double-Digit Return", which is sold on Amazon.
