Hi, thank you for visiting my profile! I was born into the expat life — moving around frequently and being exposed to many different cultures and languages. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English, having lived in Argentina, Bolivia, Shanghai, and the USA, and attending primarily American schools. Over the last three years, I’ve worked closely with the CEO of a U.S.-based recruiting company as his Executive Assistant. My responsibilities have included joining him in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and podcast recordings, managing his inbox, prioritizing important messages, organizing his calendar, and preparing notes. I also maintain and update all client information in our internal systems and spreadsheets — from new client details to changes related to cancellations, pauses, and billing adjustments. In addition to my EA role, I’ve transitioned into two operational positions: A/R Manager and Account Manager Admin. As A/R Manager, I handle cancellations, pause requests, bounced payments, subscription updates, backend billing processes, and operational tasks such as keeping client records organized, accurate, and up to date at all times. As an Account Manager Admin, I support the account manager by preparing weekly candidate summaries for clients, creating ATS activity overviews, posting job ads when needed, running background checks, calling candidates, and assisting with various recruitment-related tasks. Before this, I worked in call centers providing customer service and served as an Assistant Community Coordinator for an HOA for over two years. I am detail-oriented, proactive, and always willing to learn and grow. I enjoy supporting leaders, organizing processes, and helping operations run smoothly.
