Tatjana M.

I work with individuals, professionals, founders, project managers and leaders who are navigating career transitions, growing into leadership roles or managing demanding projects and teams. My background combines healthcare education, acting and directing, and more than 15 years of leading international projects and multidisciplinary teams in the non-profit sector. It has shaped the way I work today: practical, structured and centered on people. Whether you’re preparing for a difficult conversation, stepping into a new role, leading a team for the first time or simply feeling stuck in a complex professional situation, my goal is to help you gain clarity, make confident decisions and move forward with a realistic plan. I don’t offer therapy or one-size-fits-all coaching. Every conversation is built around your situation, your goals and the challenges you’re facing right now. Finding the right person to work with matters. That’s why our first 30-minute conversation is free, it’s a chance for us to meet, explore your situation and see whether working together feels like the right fit. Feel free to contact me for any further clarification, Cheers, Tatjana
