Laiza G.

Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile! ;) I bring over seven years of experience in the Call Center Industry, where I’ve developed a strong background in handling a variety of tools, processes, and customer interactions. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with well-known companies such as Sears, Comcast, and Telstra, managing sales, data entry, technical support, and billing accounts. I’ve also served on the Quality Team as a Data Auditor for non-voice accounts and as a Quality Assurance Specialist for voice accounts. My responsibilities included side-by-side coaching, call monitoring, quality evaluations, calibrations, and performance reporting. Since transitioning to remote work in August 2017, I’ve broadened my skill set as a Freelancer, primarily working as a General Virtual Assistant. I’m confident in communicating with clients via phone and email and have developed strong expertise in customer service, email and chat support, data entry, administrative tasks, virtual assistance, and research. I’m always open to learning new things and taking on fresh challenges. I’m highly trainable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. I look forward to contributing my skills and growing in a dynamic work environment.
