Irika V.

I have 7 years of experience with recruitment and administrative assistance. I can easily partner with the Internal Recruiting Team of the client by proactively sourcing and prequalifying candidates based on specific client requisitions. I was able to help a start-up company to build from 80 employees to 210 in 2 years. I can maintain and update ATS (Dynamics), LinkedIn Projects, and other internal/external databases with new and modified candidate records. I can identify and implement new/innovative ways to source and connect with a diverse pool of candidates. I can generate candidate interest through creative strategies (Email blasts, LinkedIn Mail, Connection invites, Job Postings, etc.) to ensure talent pipelines are continuously strengthened, in order to support current needs, as well as future business growth. I am efficient and productive during my work hours, with no issues with attendance. Mostly, I have great respect for confidentiality.
