Hello! I am available to complete a wide variety of projects and learn new platforms/tools easily. I have 24 years of customer service experience and have worked in retail and hospitality as well as with startups and large corporations (and everything in between). My most recent full-time role was with Upwork corporate as a Talent Program Manager, helping people at companies of various sizes and in various industries by creating job descriptions, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, and guiding them through the hiring process. It was recruiting, sales, and customer success all rolled into one! I type 110 words per minute and have experience transcribing within a variety of industries including podcasts, legal, medical, law enforcement, focus groups and one-on-one interviews. Other skills include human resources, writing, proofreading, editing, secret shopper calls/customer service QA, customer success, sales, recruiting, conference and event planning, administrative support, customer retention, data entry, LinkedIn, lead generation, appointment setting, audio file editing, and revenue management. I am open to learning new tools and training for roles I do not have experience with. My most recent experience outside of Upwork was in hospitality, an industry where I spent 17 wonderful years. I enjoy working with organizations of all sizes (and new Upwork users!) and am available every day of the week and on short notice for short- to long-term projects, even out-of-the-box ones. I have six years of experience in AI with companies like Anthropic, Atomic and Proofit. In these roles, I trained new AI platforms which included fact checking, quality checking, messaging with and teaching the AI what it was doing wrong and right in order to help it improve.
