Process Innovation: o Saving HST for Canadian Entity by prohibiting the usage of USA entity credit card in Canada. o Making one and half day’s Cost accrual reconciliation, a two hours job by creating logical excel algorithm to the existing reports. o Made Country specific AR reconciliation, macro driven by picking up countries from Line description for more than 600 lines. o Making synchronized Journal name by implementing error catching formula in Journal log. This helped in maintaining unique Journal name in System without any duplication. o Created Escalation matrix, Stakeholder contact list, Exception scenarios and Checklist of input records for DOR. o Made the Production Unit (Cost Center) Set up form more structured and easily availing data for a particular SBU. o Successfully led a project of voice and screen shot documentation of all the processes. o Creating Exception file and SOP for the newly transitioned process. Customer Acquisition: o Demonstrating detailed knowledge and control over AR activities, North America Associate Director provided me with the opportunity of DOR (Daily Outstanding Receivable) reporting for entire North America business. It was a twenty four hour assignment for a month. Within 2 months of time took over the entire controlling of the report contents and became responsible for any questions asked from any vertical of the business. Proactively, informing specific business units for any abnormal DOR. Quality and delight is the only target I have in my mind while delivering you with my product.
