WORKING AS PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER I'm dedicate, hardworking person who believes in honesty and good working relations. I am self motivated person who is very responsible for every work that undertake. Though I am new at this sector or online job but I have certain qualities which makes me good and enhance my skills well. I studied in Cebu Institute of Technology with 4 years course as Bachelor of Science major in Psychology. I work for 9 years in a different RECRUITMENT INDUSTRIES and dealing with different tasks from operation to administrative works which I accomplish and target most of the time. Also, I used to work Locally and Overseas abroad which I deal with different nationalities. Below are the following responsibilities and skills that i have experience and learn daily • Screen resumes and job applications from different Job Portals • Assist client interview (online and face-face interview) • Conduct an orientation to the candidates before the interview schedule • Source candidates from database (IT, Engineers, Hospitality, Healthcare) • Field sourcing and attending job fair • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc. • Encoding resume in the database system I am a sociable person. I like to get acquainted with new people, communicate in a big company, participate in disputes. I will not step back for any challenges that will I encounter.
