From 2017 to 2026 I led digital marketing and growth operations for a pest control company in Singapore, growing organic traffic from 500 to over 20,000 visitors per month and ranking for 1000+ keywords in Google. This drove $1.2M+ in yearly revenue from new customers alone, not including renewals. Alongside SEO I ran social media and email marketing, revamped the website for clearer offers and more leads, lifted Google Reviews from 4.5 to 4.8 stars, and generated national media coverage and viral stories. From 2021 I also built out customer service infrastructure, and from 2023 I led growth operations and Salesforce project management. Earlier in my career I managed Klaviyo email marketing for a Dutch ecommerce company, growing monthly email revenue from 20k to over 100k EUR and passing $1M+ in a single year, while also handling finance, HR and customer service operations there.
