I'm a goal-oriented project manager and operations manager experienced with managing day-to-day operations inside of small and medium-sized teams. I've mostly worked in the design industry and so far I've managed around 150 smaller and around 50 complex projects but I'm always willed to learn about other industries as well. The way I work: When it comes to managing projects I take my role seriously and I have the same goals for every project that I'm managing no matter the size. My main goals are: 1. That I always stay on top of everything that's related to the project that I'm managing. 2. That reasonable deadline and good workflow are set so that our team members do not get overwhelmed. 3. That the work gets completed before the set deadline. 4. That our team provides the best quality of work possible 5. To detect and overcome the bottlenecks as soon as they appear. I'm not the type of project manager who's only deadline-oriented and I really care about the quality of work and the satisfaction of the clients and my teammates. Since every single project is a different and specific product I try to dive into every specific detail about each project so I could be suggestive to the client and recommend improvements. So I really like to be involved with product development and its roadmap and I've helped many of my clients to enrich and improve their products by suggesting new features and different innovative solutions. Verbal communication: My English is fluent and I'm comfortable having video meetings. Written communication: I'm used to communicate with the clients in written form as well and in different styles depending on the approach of the company that I'm representing so it could be formal or friendly. I personally prefer friendly but respectable style because it gives the client the feeling of being part of the team and provides more trust. Tools that I've been using are Airtable, Trello, Asana, Jira, Basecamp and also many custom CRMs. I'm always willed to learn about other tools and I'd be glad to have an opportunity to learn something new or improve my current skills.
