I am a highly trained professional Architect licensed in Ontario, Canada. I have a strong creative design background and more than 14 years of both local and international experience working in the field on fast-paced and deadline-driven projects. In terms of my background; • I completed a master’s degree in architecture in 2009. • I became a licensed Architect in South Africa at the start of 2012. • I moved to Canada in 2015 and worked towards becoming qualified in Ontario. • I became a licensed Architect in Ontario, Canada at the start of 2021. • I currently work as a freelance Architect and designer based in the Greater Toronto Area where I have worked on various projects in North America including architecture, space planning, interior design, and furniture design. My top projects include multi-million-dollar commercial buildings which won various awards and were published in architectural journals. I have experience working on custom and contemporary designs for educational, commercial, retail, and residential clients which required end-to-end project oversight from the conceptual design stage, through construction and to completion. I work in Revit, AutoCAD, and the Adobe suite and can produce both 2D drawings and 3D conceptual models of the interiors and exteriors of buildings. As a person, I consider myself to be a hard worker who is both efficient and fastidious, and who works well under pressure to meet project deadlines. I am 100% fluent in English.
