While in high school, I also was part of a very small group earning 10 college credit hours from St. Louis Community College in the Cisco networking program, which helped me learn new computer skills. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my employment at Happy Tails, Inc., a boarding and daycare center for animals. Prior to that, I volunteered as an assistant hockey coach for a local high school and later as the head coach and president for the program. Part of my responsibilities as the head coach was to enter all of the statistics into a software based program after each game to provide information to the team, parents, and league. While in college and for a few years after, I started having epileptic seizures that prevented me from finding a job. The situation has improved greatly and I am now ready to enter the workforce.
