Most Salesforce orgs I open already hold the data the team needs. It is just sitting in the wrong system, or nobody sees it in time. That is the part I fix. I have spent 10 years in Salesforce and I run a small consultancy, Meet The Mind. When you hire me, I am the one who builds it and the one you message when something breaks. WHAT I HAVE SHIPPED RECENTLY For the last few months I have been the Salesforce developer for a private online university in the US that runs everything on Salesforce. A few things now live in production: → Microsoft 365 accounts in one click. Staff used to create every student account by hand. Now it is one button on the student record: unique password, licence assigned, address written back, full audit log. Built and in production in three working days. Along the way it found 1,613 inactive records still holding licences. → Moodle progress inside Salesforce. Coaches used to log into Moodle and check students one at a time. Course progress now syncs into Salesforce, so a student who is falling behind shows up on the record coaches already open every day. → A student portal on a Salesforce Site. Students sign in and see their own progress, class schedule, missed assignments and the emails the university has sent them. The page is open to the internet, so it runs with the least access possible and only ever shows a student their own record. → The rest of the list: an 80% graduation dashboard, instructor payments that run on their own, readiness questions gated into enrolment, missing document reminders that chase every other day and void the agreement when time runs out, placement tracking for graduates, and a two-way QuickBooks Online sync for tuition and refunds. Before that, I moved Adam Mesh Trading Group off Infusionsoft onto subscription billing inside Salesforce with Chargent, and built a Recurly to Salesforce integration for Stock News Network. WHAT I AM GOOD AT → Integrations. Microsoft Graph, Moodle, QuickBooks Online, Recurly, Chargent, Stripe, DocuSign, Apollo, or whatever REST API you have. → Apex, LWC, Flows and scheduled jobs that someone else can still read in a year. → Portals and Experience Cloud, locked down from day one. A guest page that sends back more fields than it shows is one of the easiest ways to leak data out of Salesforce, so that is the first thing I check. → Agentforce and AI voice agents. I have spent the last month getting one to work on a real phone line, and I can tell you where the demo stops being true. → Org health checks. I built a free one that finds things like four integrations quietly signing in as one person's account. → AppExchange apps. I am building DealPulse (deal risk scoring from native CRM signals) and GroundTruth (data quality for Agentforce). Both run fully inside Salesforce. HOW I WORK I build native. No extra system for your team to log into, and no data leaving your org unless it has to. I will tell you when something does not need building. You get a written record of what was delivered, item by item, so the next person is never starting from zero.
