I'm Manfred, a Tier 3 technical support specialist for connected devices and apps. I also build AI agents and ship my own iPhone apps (8 live on the App Store). When a bug sits somewhere between the device, the app and the cloud, I find where it actually breaks. For the last 4+ years I've handled Tier 3 escalations for a large IoT product (smart pool systems). That means reproducing issues, isolating root causes, and writing bug reports engineering can act on. I also helped reshape how escalations were handled internally. What I work on: • Wi-Fi / Bluetooth pairing and connectivity issues • Device ↔ app ↔ cloud sync problems (AWS IoT) • Firmware behavior and edge cases • iOS app QA and bug reproduction • Escalation processes, bug reports and support documentation AI agents and automation: I build autonomous agents that run on their own schedule: • Multi-agent crews on GitHub Actions (scout, watcher, boss) with a hard monthly spend cap • Coding agents that fix issues and open pull requests on my repos • Content agents that research, write and ship guides as PRs • Support agents that draft ticket replies and flag what needs a human They run on Claude (Managed Agents, the API and MCP servers), with scoped access, budget limits, and a human approving anything that goes public. What I build: I design and ship my own iPhone apps in SwiftUI: budgeting, AI-powered travel, games and a surf app. They include widgets, Apple Watch, in-app purchases, API and AI integrations, and localization. Building them myself means I understand why bugs happen, not just how to report them. Languages: native Dutch/Flemish and English, conversational French and Portuguese.
