OVERVIEW A dynamic storytelling Producer with 7+ years’ experience in filmmaking and production across online video channels, independent short films, feature films, music videos and commercials. Strengths include production, writing and video editing. Achieved strong ratings for Network 10 educational children series and devised, wrote, produced, and post-produced a 10-part variety TV series to grow Debonair Fox’s brand and widen the network. Passionate about producing content that educates and improves the learning experience. I'm very interested in new modes of story-telling, especially transmedia and alternate reality games. I also have a keen interest in events, specifically film-related, exhibition, networking, marketing events. My goals for the future include producing quality content on multiple different platforms that will be seen by a wide audience. EDITOR I am highly skilled in video editing and can handle all your video post production needs. I've worked as a freelancer in video editing and production for the last 10-15 years in the Australian film industry, and previously work as a Series Producer at an Australian network broadcaster. I have high level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and intermediate-to-high skills in VFX and motion graphics with Adobe After Effects. I can also create visual effects and motion graphics within After Effects and composite into edit projects. I have intermediate skills in After Effects and will be able to discuss your requirements for your project and whether it is achievable. I studied at Griffith University' QLD College of Art receiving both a Bachelor of Film and Screen Media Production and a Master of Fine Arts (Screen Producing). I've since freelanced on short films, music videos, promotional videos, corporate videos, educational projects, online content and feature films. Since 2014 I've been the chief creative officer and lead producer/editor for Debonair Fox, a Brisbane based production company specialising in online content. The projects I've completed with Debonair Fox have been incredibly varied. I have strong storytelling skills and sensibilities which allows me to find the story when completing an edit. I work well independently but am also able to take direction on another's project.
