I am a positive and fun-loving individual who has more than 5 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have experienced providing customer service across all communication platforms which include chat, e-mail, and voice. I have also worked as a language trainer, and I speak conversational Spanish. I have attained 4 years of college, under the program of Food Technology as my bachelor's degree, at the University of the Philippines. I am a fast learner, and I can definitely work under pressure. I also take the initiative to learn new things, even without being told. I have an eye for detail, and I do not settle for anything less than the best. My greatest strength is that I maintain a positive outlook in life. Despite the circumstances and hardships, I always find the courage to smile and to continuously remind myself that everything will fall right into its place.
