I build AI systems that know your business and handle the daily follow-up for you: a living memory of how your company works, plus an AI "sentinel" that reads your calls, texts, email and tools every day, catches what is falling through the cracks and assigns the work to the right person. I run it in production for a South Carolina property management company I have worked with since 2017: - Every call, voicemail and text is transcribed and checked against the company's own rules, and alerts go to the right Slack channel and the right person. - A daily AI review reads Slack, the property management software (through scheduled reports and read-only browser access, no API needed), the phone system and the task board, updates the company memory and assigns tasks in ClickUp. - A lighter agent checks calls, voicemails and messages every hour, and a stronger one does the deep daily diagnosis. Cheap where it can be, accurate where it has to be. - The owner gets a daily brief: what is urgent, what is stuck and who is the bottleneck. HOW I WORK 1. Diagnosis (2 weeks): a structured interview with the owner and a map of every source of information in your company, including old software with no integrations, paper files and text messages. You get your Company Context document and a list of opportunities with what each one costs you per year. 2. Foundation (4 to 6 weeks): the living memory goes live with daily updates, plus one or two modules (call and voicemail auditing, task assignment, collections follow-up, vacancy tracking, owner brief). Rules, red zones and team training included. 3. Operation (monthly, optional): maintenance, adjustments when AI models or your tools change, and a monthly review with you. "My software has no integrations" is not a blocker. If your system can email a report, export a file or show it on a screen, my system can read it. Read-only by default: your current software stays exactly as it is, and you can switch everything off any day. You own everything. It lives in your accounts (Google Drive, Slack, your own AI subscription), in plain text that any AI can read. No lock-in. Tools I use: Claude and Claude scheduled agents, Gemini and Antigravity, Make (formerly Integromat), Deepgram transcription, Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Gmail, MightyCall and other VoIP phone systems, AppFolio, WordPress and WooCommerce.
