I'm a seasoned translator, interpreter, and have many years of experience in customer service. I specialize in quality medical translation because of my experience in the healthcare industry. I have medical education with experience in the clinical fields of both US and MX healthcare facilities with advanced Medical Terminology knowledge in both languages. I also offer experienced customer service with my past in Comcast as a customer service rep but most notably for Microsoft Sales and Information as a live chat agent and Quality Coach which have broadened my understanding of business administrative environments and management. I attended a highly recognized Medical School which has prepared me in Medical Terminology as well as have nursing certifications in the US. I do not disappoint since I am a perfectionist and will provide quality work in a timely manner.
