I have medical education with experience in the clinical fields of both US and MX healthcare facilities with advanced Medical Terminology knowledge in both languages. I also offer experienced customer service with my past in Comcast as a customer service rep but most notably for Microsoft Sales and Information as a live chat agent and Quality Coach which have broadened my understanding of business administrative environments and management. I attended a highly recognized Medical School which has prepared me in Medical Terminology as well as have nursing certifications in the US.
