As a Kronos App Developer, I was able to work end to end process using these applications *WFC/WFD Kronos *SQL *WIM *SDM I have experienced creating an Interfaces, building blocks for Accrual Profiles, building blocks for pay rules (Work Rules, Pay Code Definition, Zones and etc.) and followed all the requirements needed by the business. I'm doing the configuration, testing and deploying the changes in Production. Also, I'm providing the support to the client and received questions or request to provide an explanation on the issues in the system application such as (Timecard Inquiry (Computation, Punches In and Out), Scheduling, Job Configuration, Adding new Job Codes in Org Map and etc. I have experienced directly communicating with the Vendor/IT/Users with regards to the issue.
