That includes page structure, navigation, mobile layouts, and keeping your content and search rankings intact through the rebuild. Speed & Core Web Vitals: Slow pages, heavy themes, plugin and app bloat, image optimization, caching, and render-blocking scripts. I'll tell you upfront what's realistic for your site. I don't promise a perfect 100, because on a real business site that's rarely the right goal. WooCommerce & Shopify stores: New stores and redesigns, product and category structure, variations, custom Shopify Liquid sections, and sales funnel pages. Checkout & payments: PayPal, Stripe, and other payment gateway setup and repair, broken checkouts, cart issues, shipping and tax rules, and order emails that don't send. Bugs & technical fixes: Plugin and theme conflicts, mobile layout issues, features that broke after an update, and custom PHP or JavaScript when a plugin can't do the job. Technical SEO: Indexing problems in Google Search Console, redirects during a redesign, sitemaps, schema, and duplicate content. I set up Rank Math or Yoast, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager so you can see what changed after the fixes go live.
