Andrea Therese L.
Executive Virtual Assistant
For almost two years, I worked as an Executive Assistant to a director, managing calendars, correspondence, and the daily juggling act that comes with keeping someone else's priorities on track. It taught me a lot about discretion, staying organized under pressure, and catching things before they become problems. Before that, I spent a year as a Virtual Assistant helping get a Walmart wholesale business off the ground, where the details really mattered. I also tutored ESL students online for three years, keeping a 4.8–4.9/5.0 rating the whole time, which took a fair amount of patience and consistency. Writing has always been part of the mix too, both creative and academic, including research papers. What I'd say I'm strongest at: communicating clearly, whether in writing or in conversation; staying on top of details that others might miss; and managing time and priorities well, even when things get busy. I'm also someone who adapts quickly, so whether the work is executive support, admin, tutoring, or writing, I settle in fast.
