I run cold email infrastructure and lead generation for B2B companies, with 9+ years of experience across the full outbound pipeline from market research and ICP-based targeting to keeping deliverability healthy at scale. My work covers the full research-to-close pipeline: market research, ICP list building, identifying the right contacts and strategic targets, and sourcing verified emails through Apollo and 10+ email-finding tools. I manage sending infrastructure across 100 accounts and 50+ active campaigns, everything from account setup and warmup to scaling campaigns in Instantly and Smartlead. I don't think of what I do as "collecting leads." It's closer to building and running the whole outbound engine: targeting, tooling, sending infrastructure, and the deliverability work that keeps all of it landing in inboxes instead of spam folders.
