At Ethos Life (a publicly traded insurance company), migrated lifecycle comms from Customer io to Iterable, followed by building turnkey AB testing framework for Email and SMS Replatforming. Moved a 20-person sales org off Google Sheets + Make + n8n onto a database and event-driven stack that’s cheaper, scaleable and easier to change.
