Customer Service Representative and Virtual Assistant

I am an experienced customer service representative for both voiced and non-voiced accounts. I've handled phone/chat/email tasks on this role, leaving customers with excellent, satisfying service. Virtual assistance is also one of my favorite tasks because I love doing admin works and organizing. I have helped several clients from my previous jobs. Besides doing customer service and virtual assistance tasks, I also enjoy teaching English as a second language. I have been teaching the English language for more than three years, both in a physical English academy and online. I specialize in teaching Business English, too!
