I'm proficient in the age-old evergreen art of Writing (Content, Creative, Proofreading); cooking up a verbal feast for anything; be it your website, mobile app, article, press release, your kid's birthday invitation, or even a recollection of your beetle-bug hunting trip. I also am exceptionally good with Customer Support/Pre-Sales - both Technical and General; handling large volumes of incoming customer requests/inquiries, and setting up processes and automated-metrics that would last an eternity in helping your organization run like silky-smooth butter. A little about my past experiences: Started out with Unseen Underground - an event management outfit, organizing shows around the country (India), then worked at Groupon doing Customer Support for 18 months, a year at HeroTalkies.com as a Social Media/Content manager, 2 years at Tenmiles(a.k.a HappyFox) doing B2B Customer Success, and now I'm freelancing remotely as a Customer Support/Tech/Admin Odd-Jobs contractor for SpotHero. Over the past 6 years, I've learnt a ton of stuff from how to handle frustratingly agitated clients, to troubleshooting and solving issues related to the functional response of a web-page, cooking up API setups and workflows, and typically making sure everything works seamlessly. But everyday brings a new lesson to learn about something or the other, and I'm always game to pick things up fairly quickly. When it comes to freelancing, my main aim is to help; help people get what they need to get done, get done. And, I would not take anything up I believe I wouldn't be the best person to handle.
