AI can make a great image or video in seconds. Getting it to do that every time, at scale, with the same look and quality, is a different problem. That is the one I solve. I build AI image and video generation pipelines that run in production, not demos. Consistent visuals matter almost everywhere now. Medical cases, interior and architecture, security, lead generation, e-commerce, training and internal productivity. Wherever the same character, product, space or style has to hold up across hundreds or thousands of outputs, the work can be automated. On the image side I use ComfyUI, FLUX and custom LoRA training to lock in identity and style, deployed on RunPod serverless. On the video side I combine HeyGen avatars, ElevenLabs voices, generated footage from Veo, Runway and Wan, and code-based editing in HyperFrames and Remotion, so one template can produce hundreds of finished videos. The backend is built to last. Simple flows run in n8n. Larger systems are built with Claude Code, Trigger.dev for long renders and batch jobs, Supabase for data and logins, Vercel for the front end, and Hetzner or RunPod for servers and GPUs. The result is a tool a team can actually use, not a workflow only I understand.
