I'm Daniel Voigt, founder and CEO of TeqEngine, a forward-deployed AI engineering firm: agents, apps, platforms, data and fractional CTO leadership. Technical and AI diligence: evidence for an investment, acquisition or major platform commitment, including the real state of an agent-built codebase. Two to four weeks, $35,000. Agent audit (Harness Review): an audit of an AI agent across every layer, with a scorecard on quality, speed, cost, control and drift, and a prioritized fix plan. Two to three weeks, $35,000 fixed. SELECTED WORK Regulated healthcare platform: I was CTO of AZZLY, a regulated EHR and revenue-cycle platform that my TeqEngine team built. An a16z-backed company acquired it and chose it as its technology foundation. I led the technical diligence, then stayed on as CTO through the transition and the integration that followed. We then built the data layer behind 100+ reports used by hospitals. When I left, it served 300+ organizations and processed $2.5B+ in claims a year. Consumer app at #1 on the App Store: I was the lead engineer and architect, and the main contributor to the backend and infrastructure, for a national brand enterprise's app that reached #1 on the iOS App Store. I built a messaging system that supports scaling up to more than 100 million messages in a day. Agentic platform for large enterprises: we built the entire backend, AI layer, infrastructure, and internal harness and evals for an agentic platform used by large enterprises and a unicorn startup. It supports multiple models, MCP servers and 50+ MCP tools. HOW I WORK I measure every system on quality, speed, cost, control and drift, using the Harness Method I created, and keep it current through every model release. I have no model to sell. You keep everything: code, evals, test sets and runbooks. Builds of three months or more run through TeqEngine, my agency on Upwork.
