I have 8 years experience with the BPO industry. I mostly work with Technical Accounts and have 4 years background working as a Service Desk Analyst. I have knowledge of ITIL standards. I am flexible with working on cross platforms. I am highly trainable with new technology and other applications that needs to be worked on. I can work well unsupervised and can handle working with a team as well. I am BS Computer Science graduate but I have not practiced it ever since I started working in the BPO industry but I still know the basics of programming.
