Snjezana M.

With over 10 years of international experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, primarily within Hilton hotels across Canada, Iceland, and Croatia. I bring a refined sense of client service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform in fast paced, high responsibility environments, including Manager on Duty roles. I have also successfully managed and operated my own portfolio of 9 Airbnb apartments in Croatia, gaining hands on experience in property management, guest relations, and operations. I am currently working as a Travel Designer in a luxury online travel agency, specializing in bespoke, high end travel experiences tailored to each client’s lifestyle and expectations. I create personalized itineraries with a strong focus on detail, exclusivity, and seamless service, transforming ideas into meaningful and memorable journeys. In addition, I am involved in recruitment and staffing, which has strengthened my ability to understand people, identify needs quickly, and build strong professional relationships. I am also training to become a psychotherapist, further enhancing my intuitive, client-centered approach. I have also completed multiple logo design projects, helping brands build a consistent and professional online presence. I combine creativity, structure, and a people focused approach to deliver thoughtful, high quality, and results driven solutions.
