Each individual step may be simple. Making the entire process reliable is the difficult part. That is the type of problem I specialize in. I can review an existing system, identify bottlenecks and unnecessary complexity, repair broken integrations, improve error handling, simplify workflows, and document everything so your team is not left with a black box. I also pay close attention to reliability. APIs change. Credentials expire. Users enter unexpected data. Services hit rate limits. Fields get renamed. I also don't believe every process should be automated. If automation costs more than the problem it solves, the process is still too unstable, or there is a simpler approach, I would rather identify that before building unnecessary complexity.
