With a background in Tourism Management, I started my career at American Airlines as an International Security Agent. There, I learned about travel documentation, global systems, and customer service, all while managing high-pressure situations and paying close attention to detail. I then worked for inbound tour operators, hotels and travel agencies, developing marketing experience, handling reservations, and learning about various markets and processes. I also gained hotel reservations management experience. Later, I joined one of the largest travel companies globally, where I developed technical skills and grew as a manager, collaborating with peers worldwide. Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated a strong aptitude for technology, integrating new tools to improve efficiency. My diverse background and technical proficiency enable me to effectively address client needs and enhance their travel experiences.
