My name is Valeria La Maestra and I´m a high-end retoucher based in Buenos Aires, Argentina (GMT-3) with 5 years of experience in fashion, beauty, portrait and commercial retouching. I always pay attention to details: color, lighting, textures, focus and composition to enhance the images and show the photographer´s view through them. I´m fully committed to accomplish the deadlines building a trustworthy business relationship based on clear communication. My career began as a graphic designer and became a retoucher because it is my passion. I took several courses with the best retouchers in the industry: Natalia Taffarel, Pratik Naik and Sef McCullough. The highlights of my career were being part of the retoucher´s team for the magazines Cosmopolitan and Maxime. Another great accomplishment was to retouch images for celebrities, like the cast of tv show ¨Brooklyn Nine-Nine¨ on Fox channel (Andy Samberg, Terry Crews & Joe Lo Truglio among other co-stars) and ¨Cool Kids¨ (Leslie Jordan, David Alan Grier, Martin Mull and Vicki Ann Lawrence).
